Skinny Cole Slaw

1/2 head of cabbage - shredded

1/2 cup Mayonnaise 
1/4 cup Almond Milk (or soy milk)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 packets Stevia
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Place cabbage in large bowl, adding any of the optional ingredients. Set aside. 

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing. Add shredded cabbage, stir well. Refrigerate  Good for two weeks.
