Body Cleanse

List of foods that I am eating during the week of my body cleanse. All fruits and vegetables diet. This is a modified diet since I cannot live without some sustenance. I may be adding grains, tofu, legumes, nuts, seeds, and added protein (protein shake) to this diet. I will try to keep these added ingredients to a minimum. But absolutely no dairy, eggs, meat, fish, bread, rice, butter/oil, or bacon. Bacon! No bacon. My body gasped and my stomach just growled.

  • Dark green, leafy lettuce (romaine, red leaf, green leaf)

  • Carrots
  • Red beets (one or two will last a week)
  • Zucchini
  • Bell peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage
  • Asparagus
  • Onions
  • Corn
  • Yukon gold or new potatoes
  • Sweet potatoes or yams
  • Acorn or butternut squash
  • Watermelon
  • Honeydew
  • Cantaloupe
  • Pears
  • Apples
  • Bananas
  • Mangoes
  • Papaya
  • Peaches
  • Plums
  • Nectarines
  • Grapes
  • Coconut
  • Oranges and grapefruit
