Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) egg noodles

2 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic - minced
1 small onion - diced

1 beef sirloin - cut into strips
2 tbsp red wine - can replace w/white or cooking wine
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 cup milk - can replace w/1 can (12 oz) mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream

Directions
Prepare noodles as directed, then drain noodles.

Warm skillet in medium heat.
When hot, add oil, garlic, and onions. Fry until aromas are released, when slightly brown.
Add beef and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add wine and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes until beef is done.

Transfer beef/mushroom mixture to a large pot on medium heat, add milk and sour cream. Mix until creamy. Add noodles and fold mixture until completely covered in sauce. Wait 5 minutes before serving.

Best if served the next day.
